UAE

Several international branch campuses in Dubai also recognize SAT or ACT scores as part of their undergraduate admissions process. In reality, several leading Indian universities now recognize SAT scores as part of their undergraduate admissions process, giving students another pathway beyond traditional entrance examinations. While each institution follows its own admissions process, the SAT can, in some cases, replace university-specific entrance tests, strengthen a holistic application, or provide an alternative route to admission.

While many public universities use the TOLC-E (Test Online CISIA for Economics) as a standardized entrance assessment, prestigious private institutions such as Bocconi University conduct their own admissions test through the Online Bocconi Test. At the same time, Bocconi also accepts SAT and ACT scores as alternative pathways to admission, giving international applicants the flexibility to demonstrate their academic readiness through globally recognized standardized tests. The published minimum benchmark is 1040 (ACT of 20) although admission for international students remains highly competitive and successful applicants often present stronger SAT scores.

As part of its admissions process, SSE requires applicants to submit a university admission test score and accepts the SAT, ACT, or the ITB-Business test as qualifying options. For international applicants, the published minimum benchmarks are 1300 on the SAT or 28 on the ACT, although admission remains highly competitive and successful applicants often present stronger academic profiles. Spain has also emerged as a popular destination for students seeking internationally recognized business degrees. Among its leading institutions, IE University follows a holistic admissions process and accepts SAT and ACT scores as part of its undergraduate application. Applicants may submit these scores as evidence of their academic preparedness alongside school transcripts, essays, interviews, and extracurricular achievements. IE recommends a minimum SAT score of 1300+ or an ACT composite score of 28+, reflecting the university's competitive admissions process. By recognizing internationally standardized tests, IE University offers students from diverse educational systems another pathway to demonstrate their potential for success in its globally focused business programmes.
